【Instructions for Use】:

1. First, mix the color paste, silane coupling agent, blue water promoter, and resin evenly. The resin dosage was reduced by 2% compared to the previous formula for testing, which means the resin dosage is 98% of the previous dosage.

2. Add Zhongmao curing agent 002. The dosage is an equal replacement of previously oxidized methyl ethyl ketone. The recommended usage is 1.0-1.5%.

3. Add the resin to the mixing tank and mix it with quartz sand, etc.

4. Arrange fillers to evenly disperse materials containing resin and quartz sand into the grinding tool

5. Enter the press for compaction and dispersion.

6. Further curing can be done in an oven or by drying at room temperature.

Storage Prohibition 

It is strictly prohibited to store together with acid, alkali, blue water, pigments, and accelerators, and it must be stored in a dark and cool place

【 Storage precautions 】: 1. Store in a cool and ventilated space, with a warehouse temperature not exceeding 30 ℃. 2. Keep away from sparks and heat sources. It should be stored separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable materials, reducing agents, etc. 3. The lighting and ventilation facilities for storage are explosion-proof, and the switches are located outdoors. 4. When handling, care should be taken to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Personal protection should be taken during packaging and handling operations.

【 Packaging Requirements】: Our company's standard packaging is 20 kilograms in barrels. We can also supply according to the packaging size requested by the customer, and the customer can make requirements when placing an order.

【 Product Validity 】: If stored at 30 ℃ or below, the product quality is guaranteed to be valid for six months

【 Fire protection】: 1.  This product may decompose violently due to heat, and may cause a violent fire. A small number of small fires should be put out quickly with foam or dry powder extinguishers. 2. The fire should be quickly evacuated to a safe distance and extinguished with a water gun, and the fire department should be notified to handle it.

This product is strictly prohibited from ingestion, inhalation, or skin contact. Its ingestion, inhalation, and skin contact may be harmful and may cause irritation to the esophagus, respiratory tract, and skin.
